Solidaridad Internacional en Contra de la Guerra

OBJETIVO:
Difundir los acontecimientos relevantes que contribuyan a fomentar la CULTURA DE LA PAZ, coadyuvar en aquellos procesos de pacificación, implementar Misiones de Paz, denunciar aquellos actos de injusticia y violación a las garantías y derechos de los pueblos así como organizar foros, seminarios y conferencias con los principales actores y sujetos que dan vida al diálogo y la paz.
Conferencias por atender:
1. Oriente Medio: Siria, Palestina e Irán
2. América Latina: Diálogo por la paz con las FARC
3. Europa: proceso de pacificación y desarme de la organización vasca ETA
SEDE:
H. Cámara de Senadores de la República Mexicana con la participación de tres Senadores de la República.
ANTECEDENTES:
Se han organizado más de 15 conferencias internacionales en la H. Cámara de Diputados logrando la participación de Jefes de Estado, Cancilleres, Primer Ministros, embajadores, Premios Nobel de la Paz, líderes de parlamento de tres continentes, especialistas, legisladores, y sujetos históricos promotores de la paz, así como diversas misiones de paz a las zonas de conflicto y la publicación de tres libros. Una de las principales conferencias internacionales que organizamos se hizo en coordinación con el gobernador Lázaro Cárdenas y asistieron al Encuentro por la Paz entre Palestina e Israel, un viceprimer ministro de Israel, el representante del gobierno Palestino y uno del secretario general de la Liga Árabe. Es el único evento en su tipo en América Latina que se ha organizado.
ACTIVIDADES INMEDIATAS
Autorización de:
a. Solicitud para utilizar el auditorio con equipo de cómputo, videoconferencia y sonido para cien personas y traductor.
b. Elaboración de cartas de aceptación e invitación para enviar a:
b.1. Ex Embajador de Mohamed Ghadiri
b.2. Representante del gobierno de Siria, Embajador de Siria ante la ONU o el mismo presidente de Siria, Assad.
b.3. Presidente Evo Morales (se está gestionando su participación)
b.4. Invitación a dos especialistas mexicanos y el Ex embajador Jorge Mancilla y
1. Organización de una conferencia de prensa para anunciar el ciclo y posicionar el proceso de pacificación en Siria. Se propone que se realice cualquier día que elijan durante los próximos 15 días, solicitando al Señor Embajador ante la ONU gestione la participación del presidente Bashar al-Asad, o el representante del gobierno en las negociaciones en Ginebra o el mismo embajador en el horario de 10 de la mañana a una de la tarde hora de México. Esta conferencia se retrasmitirá en vivo por el Canal de Televisión del Congreso de la Unión con cobertura en toda América Latina y parte de Estados Unidos con una duración de tres horas, única oportunidad en su tipo.
2. META:
Con base en el trabajo desarrollado con 30 años de esfuerzo, se pretende conformar un Observatorio Internacional por la paz y el diálogo con la participación de más de 80 países en el mes de marzo con lo que se contribuirá a evitar aquellos intentos por criminalizar la protesta e impedir actos de violación de los derechos humanos de aquellas personas y sujetos políticos que promueven una lucha social en México.

Proposal:
LECTURE SERIES FOR PEACE AND DIALOGUE
Senate of Mexico
OBJECTIVE:
Disseminate relevant events to help promote the CULTURE OF PEACE, assist in the processes of peacemaking, implement Peace Missions, denounce those acts of injustice and violation of the guarantees and rights of peoples, and organize forums, seminars and conferences with the main actors and subjects that give life to dialogue and peace.
Conferences to address:
1. Middle East: Syria, Palestine and Iran
2. Latin America : A Dialogue for peace with the FARC
3. Europe : peace process and disarmament of the Basque organization ETA
HEADQUARTERS:
H. Senate of Mexico with the participation of three Senators of the Republic.
BACKGROUND:
We have organized more than 15 international conferences in the H. Chamber of Deputies achieving the participation of heads of state, foreign ministers, prime ministers, ambassadors , Nobel Peace Laureates, leaders of parliament on three continents, scholars, legislators, and historical subjects peace advocates and various peace missions to conflict zones and the publication of three books. A major international conference was organized in coordination with Governor Lazaro Cardenas, and attended the Meeting for Peace between Palestine and Israel, a Vice-Minister of Israel, the Representative of the Palestinian government and one from the Secretary General of the Arab League. It is the only event of its kind in Latin America that has been organized.
IMMEDIATE ACTIVITIES
Authorization of:
a. Request to use the auditorium with computer equipment, videoconference and sound to a hundred people and translator.

1. Organizing a press conference to announce the lecture series and position the peace process in Syria. It is proposed to choose any day within the next 15 days, asking the Ambassador to the UN to manage the participation of President Bashar al-Assad, or the government representative in the negotiations in Geneva or the very same Ambassador in the schedule of 10 am to one p.m. in the time of Mexico (8am-11am PST, 11am-2pm EST). This conference will be broadcasted live on Congress' Television Channel with coverage throughout Latin America and the United States for a period of three hours, only opportunity of its kind.
2. GOAL:
Based on the work undertaken with 30 years of effort, to form an International Observatory for peace and dialogue with the participation of over 80 countries in March to help to avoid those attempts to criminalize protest and prevent acts of violation of human rights of those subjects that promote political and social struggle in Mexico.
