Objetivos de Movimiento Mexicano de Solidaridad con el Pueblo Iraní (A.C.)
En México Distrito Federal, siendo las nueve horas del día veintiséis de septiembre del año dos mil siete, nos encontramos reunidos en Hotel Sevilla, ubicada en Avenida Paseo de la Reforma numero ciento cinco, Colonia Tabacalera, Delegacion Cauhtemoc, en esta Ciudad, para fundar asi como también dar a conocer ante la sociedad, medios masivos de comunicación y comunidad política de nuestra nación la asociación civil denominada "Movimiento Mexicano de Solidaridad con el Pueblo Irani A.C.", el cual versa en la siguiente:
JUSTIFICACIÓN
Tras la continua manifestación de hostilidades de los diferentes gobiernos de Estados Unidos de América contra el pueblo iraní, ocurridos desde el triunfo de la Revolución Islámica y hasta la fecha y los esfuerzos permanentes de los Estados Unidos en impedir el desarrollo de Irán a través de los embargos económicos y amenazas contra la integridad territorial, la independencia y el derecho de la soberanía del pueblo iraní, por medio de apoyos y armamentizando el régimen iraquí durante la guerra impuesta. Así como las últimas amenazas de invasión directa de Estados Unidos, el régimen israelí y otros aliados contra el pueblo iraní.
Se crea la fundación denominada "MOVIMIENTO DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO IRANI A.C.", como signo de apoyo moral y protesta ante los complots y políticas de invasión practicadas por el gobierno de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica en contra de naciones libres y soberanas, con el fin de evitar la nueva Guerra Mundial.
El principal impacto del presente movimiento es el crecimiento e integración de las naciones hermanas latinoamericanas, con el propósito de coadyuvar esfuerzos en forma pacifica, en contra de las políticas imperialistas y de agresión. Con este propósito buscar la retroalimentación de ideas culturales, políticas, deportivas, sindicales, avances en derechos humanos, notas históricas, científicas, tecnológicas, parlamentarias con el pueblo iraní, a través del intercambio de ideas, conferencias, seminarios o todo medio pedagógico que permita el intercambio de conocimientos y acceso de los elementos que integral la cultura del pueblo iraní.
En este orden de ideas, las personas que integramos este MOVIMIENTO DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO IRANI A.C., estamos en contra de las políticas de guerra y terror implantadas por los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, en contra de naciones libres, soberanas, con cultura e ideales propias. Respecto a dichas políticas se dará seguimiento a actividades e iniciativas en materia legal, jurídica e internacional.
OBJETIVOS
I. Promover el acercamiento, intercambio y unidad fraternal de ambos países o también demás naciones hermanas latinoamericanas, que deseen integrarse al "MOVIMIENTO DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO IRANI A.C.", con el propósito de crear un movimiento a nivel latinoamericana, para así obtener un reconocimiento a nivel internacional.
II. Llevar a cabo una amplia gama de actividades culturales, políticas, deportivas, sindicales, avances en derechos humanos, notas históricas, científicas, tecnológicas, parlamentarias, que nos permitan el intercambio de conocimientos y acercamiento a la cultura que integra el pueblo de la República Islámica de Irán.
III. Construir un espacio, pluricultural de promoción, difusión, producción, intercambio e interacción, artístico, cultural, educativa, deportiva, histórico, científico, tecnológico y de Derechos Humanos, para beneficio de los pueblos de Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y el pueblo de la República Islámica de Irán.
IV. Relacionarse con grupos de Derechos Humanos, o con asociaciones civiles, instituciones públicas y privadas, para que se relacionen con la Embajada de la República Islámica de Irán, con efectos de brindar protección, asistencia asesoría, seguridad jurídica y para garantizar así a los emigrantes, turistas o ciudadanos Iraníes en México les sean respetados sus Garantías Individuales así como su Derecho de Instancia y libre tránsito en nuestra República Mexicana.
V. Crear y fomentar un acervo documental, bibliográfico, videográfico, musical, artístico, cultural, educativo, histórico, científico, tecnológico y de Derechos Humanos.
VI. Promover y realizar, cursos, semanarios, conferencias, editar publicaciones, realizar exposiciones presentaciones de música tradicional y canto, eventos deportivos, conciertos, mesas redondas, ferias, proyecciones y producción de películas, videos, debates.
VII. Impulsar programas o actividades de intercambio parlamentario, sindical, tecnológico, artístico o de cualquier índole con ciudadanos de la República Islámica de Irán, para efectos de intercambio de conocimiento entre las dos naciones.
VIII. Convocar a la realización de diversos actividades foros y eventos, en los cuales puedan asistir ciudadanos de las naciones que integren el MOVIMIENTO DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO IRANI A.C., para que expresen la riqueza artística y cultural de ambos pueblos.
IX. El intercambio de dirigentes sindicales y Organizaciones no Gubernamentales entre ambos pueblos.
X. Intercambio de legisladores, como objeto de estudio el sistema parlamentario iraní, dando énfasis a las importantes comparaciones importantes que existen en el sistema parlamentario de Irán.
XI. El proyecto de un espacio para la ciencia, donde se pueda intercambiar los avances tecnológicos que tiene el pueblo de la República Islámica de Irán en contraste con los de México y Latinoamérica, en cuanto refiere a conocimientos de petroquímica, energía nuclear, sistemas hidráulicos en la ciudad, así como también la problemática que con lleva la intervención de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica en las investigaciones del desarrollo tecnológico en estas dos naciones libres y soberanas.
XII. Planeación y fomento de actividades deportivas, que permitan el intercambio de eventos deportivos, con fines del desarrollo e integración de la actividad deportiva entre las dos o más naciones.
XIII. El fomento y acceso a la información relacionada a la cultura del pueblo de la República Islámica de Irán, así como el de México y sus naciones hermanas Latinoamericanas.
XIV. Crear programas de fomento turístico para ciudadanos del pueblo iraní, donde se pueda facilitar la estancia en nuestro país así como también el acceso a éste, facilitando los trámites de visado ante las embajadas mexicanas en el extranjero y viceversa.
XV. Formar grupos de base social conformados por ciudadanos latinoamericanos o de otras naciones hermanas, que apoyen al MOVIMIENTO DE SOLIDARIDAD CON EL PUEBLO IRANI A.C., con el propósito de apoyar de manera pacífica al movimiento, permitiendo así una movilización con capacidad de reacción y protesta civil en contra de actos que atenten contra la paz mundial y en especial contra la República Islámica de Irán.
XVI. Rechazar las acciones de fuerzas americanas, en secuestro y captura de nacionales iraníes y otros países. Condenar el ejercicio de la tortura dentro de las cárceles estadounidenses en todo el mundo y exigir su libertad.
XVII. Enfatizar los derechos igualitarios para todas las naciones. Tener acceso a la tecnología nuclear pacifica, y así apoyar el derecho de la Republica Islamica de Iran a desarrollar dicha tecnología. Dando seguimiento a los esfuerzos para el desarme nuclear, en particular el desarme de los Estados Unidos de América e Israel.
XVIII. Reconocimiento del bombardeo atómico de Hiroshima y Nakazaki como "Holocausto Nuclear" y reconocer la amenaza del uso de armamentos nucleares contra el pueblo iraní como la máxima expresión del terrorismo de Estado.
XIX. Rechazar el derecho de veto de los Estados Unidos de América en el Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas. Lo que ha bloqueado la vía de condenar y frenar los actos de agresión de Estados Unidos contra los demás países.
XX. Promover acciones en defensa de Derechos Humanos y de cualquier acción que atente contra la libertad del del género humano.
XXI. Participar en todos los foros nacionales e internacionales , donde se fortalezca la independencia y soberanía de ambas naciones .
XXlI. Elaborar, publicar y difundir estudios sobre coyunturas nacionales e internacionales, así como tambien editar publicaciones , medios de lectura , de difusión , escrito electrónicos , digitales y videos .
XXIII. Establecer alianzas y acuerdos con todos las Organizaciones Sociales e Institutos Públicos o privados, de cualquier parte del mundo a favor de la ciencia, tecnología, la paz, democracia , Derechos Humanos, medio ambiente, arte y todo aquello que se relaciones y favorezca una mejor calidad de vida.

Objectives of the Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A.
In Mexico City, Federal District, at 9:00 hours, on 27 September 2007, we gather together in the Sevilla Palace Hotel, located at 105 Paseo de la Reforma, Colonia Tabacalera, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, to establish and present to the society, the mass media and the political community of our nation, the civil association known as the "Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A.", which is set up as follows:
JUSTIFICATION
In response to the ongoing manifestation of hostilities of the various governments of the United States of America against the people of Iran, which have occurred since the triumph of the Islamic Revolution and to date, as well as to the permanent efforts of the United States to hinder the development of Iran through economic bans against the territorial integrity, the independence and the right to sovereignty of the people of Iran through supports and arming the Iraqi regime during the imposed war on Iraq and the recent and direct threats of invasion from the USA, the Israeli regime and other allies against the people of Iran,
We hereby establish the foundation known as the Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A. as a token of our moral support and protest against the complots and invasion policies that are practiced by the United States of America against the free and sovereign nations, to prevent a new world war.
The main impact of this movement is the growth and integration of the brother Latin American countries to join efforts peacefully, against imperialistic and aggressive policies. With this purpose, we seek to obtain feedback from cultural, politic, sport, union, human rights notions and ideas and breakthroughs in the fields of human rights, historical, scientific technological and parliamentary notes with the people of Iran through the exchange of ideas, conferences, seminars and all sources of pedagogic instrument that will allow the exchange of knowledge and access to the elements that make up the culture of the people of Iran.
In this order of ideas we - the people who integrate this Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A. - declare that we oppose the war and terror policies established by the United States of America against the free and sovereign nations which have their own culture and ideas. As regards said policies we will monitor the relevant legal and international activities and initiatives.
OBJECTIVES
I. Promote the brotherly rapprochement, exchange and unity between both countries as well as the other Latin American brother countries who wish to join the Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A. in order to create a Latin American movement that has international recognition.
II. Carry out a broad range of activities from cultural, politic, sport, union, human rights notions and ideas and breakthroughs in the fields of human rights, historical, scientific technological and parliamentary notes that will allow us to exchange knowledge and get closer to the culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
III. Build a multicultural space for promotion, diffusion, production, exchange and interaction in the cultural, educational, sport, historic, scientific, technological and human rights fields for the benefit of the people of the United Mexican States and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
IV. Come in contact with human rights organizations or civil, public and private institutions so that they might interact with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to provide protection, assistance, advice, legal security to assure that the individual rights and the right to carry out petitions and legal actions and the free transit of the Iranian citizens in Mexico be respected.
V. Create and encourage the existence of a documentary, bibliographic, video, musical, artistic, cultural, educational, historic, scientific, technological and human rights heritage.
VI. Promote and carry out courses, seminars and conferences, edit publications, carry out exhibitions, traditional music and singing presentations, sports events, concerts, round tables, fairs, projections and the production of films, videos and debates.
VII. Promote parliamentary exchange programs or activities as well as union, technological, artistic or other types of activities with citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran to exchange knowledge between both countries.
VIII. Organize various activities, forums and events to which the member of the Mexican Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A. may attend to express the artistic and cultural wealth of both countries.
IX. Exchange the experience of union leaders and NGOs of both countries.
X. Exchange the experience of legislators to study the parliamentary system of Iran, emphasizing comparative aspects of such system.
XI. Create a space for scientific exchange between the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mexico and Latin America in the fields of petrochemistry, nuclear energy, city water systems and the problems related to the intervention of the United States of America in the technological development of these free and sovereign nations.
XII. Plan and promote sports activities that will allow the exchange of sports events to develop and integrate the sports activities between both countries.
XIII. Promote and provide access to cultural information on the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mexico and their Latin American brother countries.
XIV. Create tourism promotion programs for the people of Iran, through which they might have easy access to and stay in our country, facilitating the visa procedures between the Mexican Embassies abroad and vice versa.
XV. Create socially formed groups made up of Latin American people as well as citizens of other brother nations who support the Movement of Solidarity with the People of Iran, C.A. to peacefully support the movement, thus creating a movement capable of raising a reaction and civil protest against any action that may threaten world peace and, particularly, the Islamic Republic of Iran.
XVI. Reject the actions of the American forces of kidnapping and capture or citizens of Iran and other countries. Condemn the use of torture within the US prisons all over the world and demand their freedom.
XVII. Emphasize egalitarian rights for all nations. Have access to peaceful nuclear technology and thus support the right of the Islamic republic of Iran to develop such technology, following up with the efforts towards nuclear disarmament, particularly that of the United States of America and Israel.
XVIII. Acknowledge the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki as the “Nuclear Holocaust†and the threat of using nuclear weapons against the people of Iran as the greatest expression of State terrorism.
XIX. Reject the right to veto of the United States of America in the UN Security Council, which has hindered the efforts to co-ordinate and stop the actions of aggression of the United States against other parties.
XX. Promote actions that defend human rights and oppose any action that threatens the freedom of mankind.
XXI. Participate in all the national and international forums to strengthen the independence and sovereignty of both nations.
XXII. Draw up, publish and spread studies on the national and international situation, edit publications and other written, electronic, digital or video materials.
XXIII. Establish alliances and agreements with all the social organizations and public or private institutions from anywhere in the world in favor of science, technology, peace, democracy, human rights, the environment, the arts and every aspect related and favorable for a better quality of life.

Un movimiento de solidaridad con el pueblo iraní en México.

La Jornada - Un grupo de científicos y personajes políticos y culturales de México a fin de mostrar su solidaridad con el pueblo iraní ante las potencias mundiales han formado un movimiento de unión con Irán.
Según el periódico mexicano, La Jornada, en una reunión en la Ciudad de México, el líder de este movimiento de solidaridad, Alfredo Rojas Díaz, criticando a los mandatarios de la Casa Blanca declaró que ellos pretenden iniciar la tercera guerra mundial.
En esta reunión participaban los embajadores de Nicaragua, Bolivia, Corea del Norte, África del Sur, Cuba y Venezuela.
El embajador iraní en México, Qadiri Abyane, enfatizando que su país está interesado en fortalecer sus relaciones con México en especial en el campo energético, invitó a las autoridades mexicanas a visitar las refinerías de Irán.
