CARTA POR LA PAZ

Quienes hemos apoyado la reunificacion de las coreas a traves de un dialogo permanente, nos hemos comprometido en difundir parte de su cultura como un derecho humano de tercera generacion y esencialmente un compromiso pacifista por lo que nuestras organizaciones rechazan tajantemente cualquier intento que rompa el armisticio que puso fin a la guerra entre ambas naciones cuando las principales potencias militares perdieron su oportunidad de arrebatarle todo el territorio a esa nacion quedando casi derrotados como sucediera en Vietnam dividiendo a esta nacion o en el ojo del huracan entre el Este y Occidente.

Es claro y lo mismo sucede con Iran. Las ultimas semanas los medios han sido inundados con una campana internacional en contra de Norcorea porque se oponen al programa nuclear de Pyonyang castigando desde entonces a esa nacion con un bloqueo economico brutal el cual se refleja en la mayoria de los rostros de los norcoreanos que a pesar de todo mantienen un espiritu y dignidad muy en alto y que por cierto, su poblacion esta preparada militarmente para resistir una invasion terrestre que sin embargo costaria una gran cantidad de vidas con la inclusion de la guerra de los drones. La tecnologia al servicio de la guerra.

Regresando a su ciudad, sus bellas avenidas nos remontan a los anos sesentas y la armonia en que viven con la naturaleza son insuficientes para ser una nacion alimentariamente autosuficiente y diluir tambien la compleja division en que quedaron atrapadas millones de familias entre en el Norte y el Sur.

Y gran dilema es para China y hacia donde se colocara en este conflicto si la diplomacia fracasa a su favor manteniendo en agonia a esa nacion la cual ya no quiere seguir marginada del contexto comercial internacional en beneficio de su aliado principal, China. Las baterias de la estrategia politica estan centradas en China y Rusia quienes tendran que acceder a nuevas rondas de negociacion con apoyos verdaderos a Norcorea si no quieren ver escalar el conflicto en senderos de dificil Retorno inmediato.

No son nuevas las amenazas de una y de otra parte del conflicto por lo que consideramos fuera de lugar que un pais que se diga pacifista llame al dialogo descalificando a una de las partes.

De ahi, la relevancia de las palabras de SS el Papa Francisco cuando hace un llamado a la paz mundial e instó a las dos Coreas a solucionar sus divergencias. Tambien pidió una solución pacífica para los conflictos en Siria, Malí, Congo y República Centroafricana, y entre Israel y Palestina durante su primera misa de Pascua.

Por nuestra parte, Nos permitimos agregar que en este llamado que hace su santidad, se enfatice que las potencias militares saquen sus manos belicas de esas naciones agravidas y que no tienen razon humanitaria de estar invadiendo a nacion alguna y pasear frente a costas de otras soberanias buques y submarinos nucleares.

Lo que se requiere es que dejen a las poblaciones locales resolver en el dialogo y resolucion pacifica sus diferencias. La reunificacion entre las coreas es una alternativa que hemos promovido con el deporte entre otras actividades paralelas al comercio, operaciones alimentarias, etc.

Hacemos un llamado a la intervencion diplomatica de la asamblea general de la ONU y se evite una arbitrariedad mas que se suma a la lista del genocidio del Siglo XX y XXI. La paz es un derecho humano de tercera generacion que debemos defender como principio rector de la paz de los pueblos y en beneficio de las mujeres, hombres y ninos que son victimas de la venta de armas de las gamdea companias internacionales que no pierden oportunidad para probar nuevos avances tecnologicos belicos e incrementar sus utilidades en las principales bolsas financieras del mundo.

La diplomacia y la paz son dos ideales, son dos derechos y son dons puntos de reflexion y esperanza para esta nacion al igual que en Siria y otras naciones que menciono su santidad el papa Francisco.

Apoyemos la Carta por la Paz que signara el embajador de Bolivia y Venezuela hace algunas semanas en contra de la guerra en Siria y que se opusieron a la invasion en Irak. Los pueblos en conflicto merecen el dialogo y una solucion pacifica comp se ha propuesto en el pais Vasco asi como en Colombia con las FARC.

Apoyemos esta Carta por la Paz y que circule antes de un lamentable arrepentimiento.

PEACE LETTER

For those of us who have supported the reunification of the Koreas through ongoing dialogue, we are committed to spread part of their culture as a third generation human right essentially a peaceful commitment so that our organizations sharply reject any attempt to break the armistice that ended the war between the two nations when the major military powers lost their chance to snatch all the territory over that nation being almost defeated as happened in Vietnam dividing this nation or in the eye of the hurricane between East and West.

It is clear and so is Iran. Recent weeks the media has been flooded with an international campaign against North Korea because they oppose Pyongyang's nuclear program since that nation with a brutal economic blockade which is reflected in most of the faces of the North Koreans they nevertheless maintain a spirit and dignity that is very high and certainly, its population is prepared militarily to resist a ground invasion that would cost but a lot of lives with the inclusion of the war of the drones. Technology at the service of war.

Returning to their city, their beautiful avenues brings us back to the sixties and living in harmony with nature are insufficient to be a food-self-sufficient nation and also dilute the complex division that millions of families remained trapped between the North and the South.

And major dilemma is for China and where it is placed in this conflict if diplomacy fails to favor keeping agony to that nation which no longer wants to continue to be marginalized from international commercial context for the benefit of its main ally, China. The threats from one or the other in the conflict are not new since we consider them misplaced from a country that says they are pacifist yet calls for a dialogue that disqualifies one of the parties.

Hence, the relevance of the words of Pope Francis when he called for world peace and urged the two Koreas to resolve their differences. Also he called for a peaceful solution to the conflict in Syria, Mali, Congo and Central African Republic, and between Israel and Palestine during his first Easter Mass.

For our part, we would add that in this call that his holiness made, he emphasized that the military powers draw their war loving hands from those aggravated nations and that they have no reason to be invading humanitarian nation and walk in front of any other sovereign coast ships and nuclear submarines.

What is required is to let local people solve with dialogue and peaceful resolution their differences. Reunification between the Koreas is an alternative that we have promoted with sport between other parallel trade activities with commerce, food operations, etc.

We call for a diplomatic intervention of the UN General Assembly and to avoid arbitrariness that adds to the list of the genocide of the 20th and 21st centuries. Peace is a third generation human right that we defend as a guiding principle of peace for the people and for the benefit of women, men and children who are victims of gun sales of international companies that lose no opportunity to test warlike new technological advances and increase their profits in the world's major financial exchanges.

Diplomacy and peace are two ideals, are two rights and are thinking points and hope for this nation as well as in Syria and other nations that His Holiness Pope Francis mentioned.

We support the Peace Letter for the Ambassador of Bolivia and Venezuela in recent weeks against the war in Syria and on behalf of those who opposed the invasion of Iraq. The people deserve dialogue and a peaceful solution has been proposed in the Basque country as well as in Colombia with the FARC.

We support this Peace Letter and circulate it before an unfortunate repentance.
