SOLIDARIDAD INTERNACIONAL EN CONTRA DE LA GUERRA

Por este amable conducto reiteramos a usted nuestro interes en coadyuvar como una ONG en el proceso de pacificacion en su pais ya que vemos con profunda preocupacion el informe de la ONU en el que incriminan al gobierno de su pais en el uso de armas quimicas.

Nuestra experiencia es que este tipo de acciones conducen a desarmar de manera unilateral a un pais y que mas adelante se buscara un pretexto para atacarlo si no encuentran un escenario internacional desfavorable como sucedio en Irak. Nuestra organizacion acompano por mas de seis anos al gobierno de Irak en la campana de informacion sobre la no existencia de armas de destruccion masiva.

El dia de hoy le ofrecemos el mismo trato a favor del pueblo de siria y de su gobierno legitimo para coadyuvar en la solucion pacifica del conflicto asi como desterrar los apoyos financieros y militares a mercenarios y extranjeros interesados en derrocar a su gobierno.

Le proponemos organizar una conferencia internacional con su participacion via telefonica, sabedores de que siendo de un gran valor y trascendencia en la opinion publica latinoamericana podria participar posteriormente en otra el presidente de su pais.

Asimismo, consideramos prioritario organizar una mision de paz verdaderamente neutral la cual no permita que la ONU ni organismos satelites a este o a las potencias mantengan una campana de desprestigio y desinformacion sobre lo que verdaderamente sucede asi como permita crear verdaderos puentes de informacion y comunicacion con miles de ONG y ciudadanos concientes en contra de una intervencion militar que afectaria a millones de personas en un conflicto regional.

Nuestra organizacion ha organizado mas de quince conferencias internacionales en las que han participado Jefes de Estado, vicepresidentes, embajadores, premios nobel de la paz, lideres de parlamento, ex lideres revolucionarios, Organizaciones No Gubernamentales ONGs, especialistas, y promotores de la paz. Asi como hemos organizado diversas MISIONES DE PAZ a Irak e Iran. Asi como hemos logrado organizar en Mexico una reunion por la paz y el dialogo entre Palestina e Israel con la representacion de importantes personajes de ambos paises. Asi mismo, hemos impulsado la paz y el dialogo en el conflicto armado en Chiapas, Mexico y por la transicion pacifica de la ETA en el pais Vasco.

Nuestra organizacion instalo la primera base de paz en América Latina como lo sugirio en el Presidente de Venezuela. Asi como ha contribuido en el dialogo de con los gobiernos de Ecuador, Bolivia y Cuba. Ha promovido la defensa de los Derechos Humanos de Tercera Generacion que es el derecho a la paz que los pueblos tienen.

Por esta razon solicitamos su fina intervencion para que participe usted en una videoconferencia internacional con la presencia de ONG, promotores de la paz, especialistas y parlamentarios mexicanos, subrayando que este mensaje llegara por el canal del congreso a todos los hogares de América Latina. Y creemos que es de gran relevancia que el Presidente Assad reciba a una mision de paz como lo hicimos en Irak y garantizar que no se concrete una intervencion armada.

Esperamos que a la brevedad nos respondan al analizar los antecedentes de nuestras actividades por la paz en diversos puntos del planeta.

For this kind conduct we reiterate to you our interest to contribute as an NGO in the process of pacification in your country as we see with deep concern the report of the UN that incriminates the government of your country in the use of chemical weapons.

Our experience is that such actions lead to unilaterally disarm a country that is later sought a pretext to attack if they do not find unfavorable international scenario as happened in Iraq. Our organization accompanied the government of Iraq for more than six years on the campaign of information about the absence of weapons of mass destruction.

Today we offer the same treatment for the people of Syria and its legitimate government to assist in the peaceful solution of the conflict as well as banish financial and military support to foreign mercenaries interested in overthrowing your government.

We propose to organize an international conference with your participation via telephone, knowing the great value and importance in Latin American public opinion, the president of your country could participate later in another one.

We also consider it a priority to organize a truly neutral peace mission which does not allow the UN or satellite bodies to this or to the powers that maintain a discrediting and disinformation campaign about what actually happens, also allowing us to create true bridges of information and communication with thousands of NGO and concerned citizens against a military intervention that would affect millions of people in a regional conflict.

Our organization has organized more than fifteen international conferences that included participation from Heads of State, Vice Presidents, Ambassadors, Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Parliament Leaders, former revolutionary leaders, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), experts, and advocates of peace. So we've organized various PEACE MISSIONS to Iraq and Iran. In addition, in Mexico, we have managed to organize a meeting for peace and dialogue between Palestine and Israel with the representation of important people from both countries. Likewise, we have promoted peace and dialogue in the armed conflict in Chiapas, Mexico and the peaceful transition of ETA in the Basque country.

Our organization installed the first peace base in Latin America as suggested by the President of Venezuela. We have also contributed to dialogue with the governments of Ecuador, Bolivia and Cuba. It has promoted Third Generation Human Rights which is the right to peace that people have.

For this reason we request your fine intervention to participate in an international video conference with the presence of NGOs, peace advocates, experts and Mexican parliamentarians, stressing that this message will be reached through Congress' channel to all households in Latin America. And we think that it is of great importance that President Assad receives a Peace Mission as we did in Iraq to ensure that there is no armed intervention.

We hope that you will soon respond to us upon analyzing the background of our activities for peace in various parts of the world.
